# Architecture

StdApp Platform uses a layered PHP architecture:
- Configuration: `config/*.php`
- Delivery: `public/*.php` with the app entrypoint at `public/aicode.index.php`
- Domain/Data: `src/*`
- Operations: `tools/*`
- Governance docs: `docs/*`

Environment and path resolution are centralized in `config/bootstrap.env.php`, which merges the system env and app env before resolving `APP_ROOT`.

The source of structural truth is `system/manifest.json`.
