## Routine
- Review logs daily.
- Run structure, permission, standards, and environment checks weekly.
- Use `php tools/test.permissions.php test` and `php tools/test.standards.php`.
- Use `php tools/system.manager.php envcheck` and `php tools/system.manager.php fixperms` when needed.
- Update docs after operational changes.

## Recovery
- Use `tools/system.manager.php repair` for missing paths.
- Re-run `tools/test.structure.php` and `tools/test.permissions.php test` after repair.
